Federal Councillor Rösti attends AEROSUISSE' general assembly - honour for Thomas Zurbuchen

Federal Councillor Albert Rösti emphasised the importance of Swiss aviation at the AEROSUISSE General Assembly at Bern Airport.

The AEROSUISSE AWARD 2024 went to Prof Dr Thomas H. Zurbuchen for his work in space science and technology.

Following the presentation of the Award at the AEROSUISSE assembly, Federal Councillor Rösti emphasised the importance of aviation in his speech, referring to the preamble of the Convention on International Aviation of 7 December 1944 (Chicago Convention), according to which the future development of international civil aviation can make a major contribution to creating friendship and understanding between the states and peoples of the world.
